Welcome to Uptime Monitoring. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Uptime Monitoring’s software application. By accessing or using our application, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Uptime Monitoring if you do not agree with all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.


License


Uptime Monitoring grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software solely for creating, managing, and sending invoices. You may not:

  2. Use the software for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  3. Transfer your account to any other person without prior written permission from Uptime Monitoring.


Accounts and Security


When you create an account with Uptime Monitoring, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.


Limitation of Liability

Termination


We may terminate or suspend your access to Uptime Monitoring immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to if you breach the Terms.

Uptime Monitoring reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
